ENERGY-SAVING HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT

The pressure flow for the series in each action step is output from proportional pressure flow valve controlled by computer to reach the energy-saving effect of fast, accurate and stable.

Uses heat exchanger of tube type during cooling the oil temperature to reach the best cooling effect.

Unit is equipped with an oil temperature protection switch. When the oil temperature is higher than the set value, there will be an alarm and machine power will automatically cut off.

Uses the Japanese packing - a leak free oil seal - to ensure the stable and high precision injection.

MOLD CLAMP SYSTEM

Chest of platen, tie bar and mold load-bearing average.

Five-point vertical double toggle system, high-efficiency of transmission.

Oil, electrical and un-regulate of safety rod equipment to ensure operator safety.

High-speed of clamping mold circuit regulates stroke and saves electricity.

High accuracy optical sensor to control opening or closing mold.

Low-tension of clamping mold to protect mold.

Easy to operate with clear back lit LCD screen.

On-line help provided for trouble shooting.

Can connect the printer to out-put and communication with RS-422.
